Move more inventory without adding more manual work
Reuse the same product data across receiving, testing, photography, storage, and listing instead of entering it again at every stage.
Operations software for individual-item resellers
Skuware is built for sellers of trading cards, coins, instruments, watches, apparel, and collectibles — where every item has its own condition, grade, photos, and price. Receive, inspect, photograph, store, list on eBay, sell, and handle returns, with each physical unit tracked end to end.
Built and used inside a working resale operation.

Practical business value
Give the team one reliable record for each unit and stop rebuilding the same information as inventory moves through the operation.
Reuse the same product data across receiving, testing, photography, storage, and listing instead of entering it again at every stage.
Keep the correct condition, inspection results, photos, accessories, identifiers, and location connected to each physical unit.
Make incomplete work, ready-to-list inventory, sold units, and returns visible so the team knows what is done and what requires attention.
Intake to sale
Spend less time moving information between systems and keep the physical unit connected to the work completed at every stage.
Create the inventory record, print the label, and keep the supplier, lot, and pallet source connected to the unit.
Record inspection results, condition, grade, and included accessories in a consistent workflow.
Attach photos to the correct product record and assign the unit to its warehouse location.
Reuse the collected product data, condition, and media to prepare and publish the listing.
Verify the sold unit for shipment and keep returned products visible through inspection and next disposition.
Core product modules
Each module keeps product data available for the next employee and the next stage instead of forcing the team to recreate it.
Move products into processing faster while keeping the source, lot, pallet, SKU, and UID records connected from unloading onward.
Separate individual units of the same product and keep each one connected to the correct condition, identifiers, media, and location.
Create a consistent inspection process and keep saved results, condition, grade, and authentication details attached to the item record.
Capture photos and video on a mobile device and attach them directly to the correct SKU to reduce media and model mix-ups.
Connect units to warehouse locations so employees can identify and collect the correct sold item faster.
Reuse existing SKU data when preparing a listing, then manage quantity, pricing, and Best Offer rules in the same workflow.
Verify the exact unit before it ships. When an item comes back, match it to the original order and UID, re-inspect and re-grade it, issue the refund, and relist the same unit — or route it to return-to-vendor, restock, or parts.
SKU AND UID MODEL
A SKU represents a sellable configuration. Each physical item inside it receives a Unit ID (UID), keeping its identifiers, inspection history, and warehouse location visible.
Example: five units of the same product may share a model, but each physical unit has its own UID. Different condition, contents, or listing media are separated into the appropriate SKU.When the item comes back: match the original order and UID, re-inspect it, determine the correct SKU configuration, capture required media, manage the refund, then route it to inventory, repair, or parts processing.
Unit-level control
One connected record follows the physical item from receiving through sale — and back into the workflow when it is returned.
SKU AND UID INVENTORY
Condition, inspection history, photos, accessories, identifiers, warehouse location, listing status, order, and return activity stay attached to the correct physical unit.

Plan existing SKU data, labels, employee access, warehouse locations, and the first operational workflow.
Walk each role through the work they perform so the team can adopt the system in practical stages.

FAQ
What the product supports today, how the operating model works, and what to expect before getting started.
Generic systems primarily track SKU and quantity. Skuware separates the unique SKU configuration from UID-level physical identity, so one SKU can contain any number of individually identified units.
Skuware is currently eBay-first. It connects warehouse and inventory operations to eBay while keeping published listings editable in Seller Hub.
No. A SKU can contain any number of UIDs for physical units with serial numbers or other identifiers. Batch quantity inventory is also supported for interchangeable stock.
Skuware links the returned item to its original order and UID, supports re-inspection, condition and SKU review, new photos and notes, refund management, status and location changes, and routing back to inventory, repair, or parts processing.
Skuware supports serialized asset processing and resale operations. Certified data erasure, diagnostics, and compliance integrations are not currently included.
